Garden Maintenance

The Country Gardener provides maintenance services for one off renovations, seasonal tidy or regular planned visits right across Garstang, Preston, Lancaster and the surrounding area. We offer a full range of garden maintenance services that will help sustain a beautiful garden and give you maximum pleasure from it. Included in these services are:

Garden borders and planting areas - We specialise in garden borders and planting areas. Unless regularly maintained plants will grow into each other, lose their shape and compete with each other for light and nutrients. The Country Gardener will look at the individual plants within the planting area and prune, thin out and restore the shape and space around them. This is done in consultation with the customer to ensure the work matches the customers gardening style. Some customers prefer a formal style with uniform shape and spacing. Some prefer a more natural style with plants overlapping so the colours of flowers and leaves mix together. Some just want a screen to block the next door neighbour peering in or to cover a rotton fence or wall.

One-Off Renovations – We can completely overhaul your garden and restore it to its former glory. Alternatively, we can work with you to design and build a new garden from scratch.

We specialise in the maintenance and development of the garden borders and you may choose from any of the services you need.
